Neha Dhupia admits she's having trouble: "I don't know when I last received an offer to star in a Hindi movie."

Neha Dhupia, who made her Bollywood debut in Qayamat: City Under Threat in 2003, made her debut 21 years ago. She recently disclosed that she has been "struggling" to identify herself with interesting films for the past 22 years. Neha, who describes herself as an actor who can't alter the math of a project, said she couldn't remember the last time she had an offer for a Hindi movie. The actress remarked, "I don't know why my phone doesn't ring so often."

The actress remarked, "I was glad my phone rang, but my phone doesn't ring as much." She had been expecting a call for her role in Bad Newz during the postpartum period surrounding the epidemic. When you ask me, "When was the last time you got an offer for a movie?" I would want to work down south, but I don't know much about the industry, so I'm not sure how to proceed with accepting a film offer from down south. In the previous three months, there were also two consecutive offers.

"But I don't even remember when was the last time I got an offer for a Hindi film," she continued. Why my phone doesn't ring so frequently is beyond me. Additionally, I believe that the industry is going through a difficult period, so if I go door-to-door—which I usually do—I feel that there is no improper way to approach them and request work because you are not breaking any laws. The individuals that supply the work are also having difficulty since they are unable to do the arithmetic. Films cannot be produced without a screenplay; the larger screenplay is the financial and mathematical excel sheet.

Neha Dhupia described herself as one of the 120 actresses who, because they are not A-listers, are not in a position to alter the plot of a movie.

"We are not the kind of actors that actually change the math of a project," the woman remarked. as we are not well-known performers. It is our desire to work and charge a professional fee—and setting your own market prices is not the same as charging a professional fee. That's the huge figure. The balance sheet is not being shaken up too much.

"We thought there are at least OTT if there are no films," she continued. However, gatekeepers are present everywhere. Everyone is afraid to take a chance.

Recently, Neha Dhupia was spotted in the movie Bad Newz, starring Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri. In the movie, Neha Dhupia played Ma Corona, Triptii's aunt. The movie is performing admirably at theaters.
