Neha Dhupia, who made her Bollywood debut in Qayamat: City Under Threat in 2003, made her debut 21 years ago. She recently disclosed that she has been "struggling" to identify herself with interesting films for the past 22 years. Neha, who describes herself as an actor who can't alter the math of a project, said she couldn't remember the last time she had an offer for a Hindi movie. The actress remarked, "I don't know why my phone doesn't ring so often."

Additionally, I believe that the industry is going through a difficult period, so if I go door-to-door—which I usually do—I feel that there is no improper way to approach them and request work because you are not breaking any laws. The individuals that supply the work are also having difficulty since they are unable to do the arithmetic. Films cannot be produced without a screenplay; the larger screenplay is the financial and mathematical excel sheet.
Neha Dhupia described herself as one of the 120 actresses who, because they are not A-listers, are not in a position to alter the plot of a movie.
